Case Results:  Not Guilty Jury Verdict on All Counts. Our client is a free man and back home with his family. Our client was hired to work on a lobster boat. Nearly 150 miles offshore the coast of Honduras, a speed boat loaded with $40,000,000 worth of cocaine and armed gunmen appeared and threatened that if the drugs were not taken on board our client and his family back home would be killed. At trial, the armed gunmen testified that our client knew all along that it was a drug trip, not a lobster trip.
